1. Who is eligible to build or purchase a home at Prairie Haven?

 

We expect young and old to be in this new development. We have homes designed to meet most everyones needs. If you are already engaged with a builder, we would welcome the opportunity to visit with them.

2. How long will it take to build my home at Prairie Haven?

 

Prairie Haven is a very active development. We currently have many homes that are ready for you to take the keys and move in! There will also be a number of models in the construction phase. You tell us when you want to move in, and we will make it happen!

3. Does Prairie Haven have many plans available?

 

We have multiple plans designed with you in mind. We are excited to be part of building your dream! The jardest part of this process is choosing the home you want!
